Follower Growth Rate
The percentage increase in followers over a given period, used to judge momentum rather than an absolute follower count alone.
What it means
Growth rate captures momentum, not size alone. A creator gaining 5% monthly trends far differently than one plateaued at a much larger absolute number. Calculate it as new followers over a period, divided by starting follower count, times 100. It's one of the clearest early signals of whether a content strategy is working.
